    Safe Working Environments

    We ensure workplaces and housing are secure, preventing worker accidents and health damage.

    No Child Labor

    No workers under 15 years of age or those who have not completed mandatory education are employed.

    Freedom of Association

    We recognize workers' rights to unionize and participate in collective bargaining.

    Legal Wages

    Workers receive at least the minimum legal wage or national sector contracts with all mandatory contributions.

    Respect for Human Rights

    Every worker is treated with respect and dignity. Zero tolerance for any form of harassment or abuse.

    Working Hours

    Maximum 60-hour work weeks including overtime. One rest day per seven working days is mandatory.

    No Forced Labor

    No imprisoned or forcibly labor-coerced workers under any circumstances.

    Non-Discrimination

    No discrimination based on race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or political opinions.

    Maternity Protection

    No mandatory pregnancy declarations. Full compliance with international maternity and worker protection laws.
